Your introduction is private. You choose how to hear from us.

What we collect

Email address, chosen area of interest, your 18+ self-attestation and the wording/version of your email permission. You may also provide a name or handle, portfolio link, project, help wanted, discovery source, Discord or Telegram handle. Phone is optional and only retained when you separately permit a call about your introduction. We do not collect your date of birth or identification.

Why we use it

To keep a list of requested RUCKUS Initiative network and project updates, review introductions and respond about relevant collaboration. Emails may include relevant opportunities and offers described in the signup. Address ownership is not automatically verified at this stage. Signup does not automatically send an email, text, Discord message or Telegram invitation.

Who can see it

Authorized RUCKUS operators and our hosting/database providers as needed to run the service. The site uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for storage. Contact records are not a public member directory and are not sold. We will ask before publishing your work or sharing your contact details with another contributor.

Technical information

We retain limited campaign tags and the page where signup happened. Abuse prevention uses a keyed, changing hash of the request address in short-lived rate-limit records. Our form does not put raw IP addresses in the signup table. Hosting providers may process request logs under their own policies. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed.

A local browser preference remembers your motion setting. Your form is not saved to local storage. Media and font files are served by this website. Following a platform link opens that service, which has its own policies.

Your choices

Use the private email-preferences link shown after a new signup to unsubscribe. Each future email must also provide a working unsubscribe option. If you no longer have the link, email us from the subscribed address. You can request access, a correction or deletion by email. We may verify that you control the address before changing a record.

Repeat signups do not overwrite an existing introduction or reverse an unsubscribe. To update your details or rejoin after opting out, contact us from that address. Unsubscribe requests suppress email updates; a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent accidental resubscription. Other details can be removed on a verified deletion request.

Retention

Introductions should be reviewed at least annually and removed when no longer needed. Opt-out records are retained only as necessary to respect the request. Abuse-limit records are cleared after two days when the signup service runs. No automated promotional message is sent merely because a profile is stored.

Joining and commercial work

The free community is for adults. Be accurate about your work, rights and experience. Do not submit passwords, private client material, payment information or content you cannot share. Membership does not promise work, payment, a match, investment or access to a playable GTA 6 server.

You retain ownership of your submitted work. An introduction lets RUCKUS review it for the purpose you requested. Paid studio services and projects between members require their own terms. RUCKUS does not become a party to every agreement between members.

Independent community

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. GTA-related marks and trailer imagery belong to their respective rights holders. Original RUCKUS character scenes illustrate the vision and do not depict real members, results or gameplay.
